On January 11, a workshop was held at the College of Phanaskerteli for vocational education teachers.
During the meeting, the following topics were discussed:
1️⃣ The new standard for vocational education teachers will take effect on January 1, 2026.
2️⃣ Opportunities for teachers to start their careers, pursue professional development, and advance in their careers.
3️⃣ The Code of Ethics for Vocational Teachers.
Additionally, the teachers were introduced to the college's 2025 action plan, which aims to improve the teaching process and implement innovative approaches.
The College of Phanaskerteli continually evaluates and incorporates teachers' feedback, which is vital for enhancing the learning process.
